Notes & Points:
- Kindly confirm your participation at least by 15th March 2022 to make necessary arrangements.
- Ashram will assist participants to have stay at Homestay options near to Ashram. Participants have to bear the cost of stay, which has to be paid in advance directly to the homestay owners.
- Kindly bring your own Yoga Mat
- Ashram Premises is a “No Plastic Zone”.
- Ashram has zero tolerance towards Alcohol and Drugs. These items are strictly prohibited.
- Attendees are expected to switch off their mobile phones and electronic devices during sessions.
- Kindly cooperate with volunteers who will be guiding the attendees throughout the Satsang.

Hat Yog
⦁ The duration of the course is 45days and conducted once in an year
⦁ Each batch consists of not more than 50/60 aspirants.
⦁ One has to apply 6 months prior to the advancement of course
⦁ Free for Indians
⦁ The learners from any country other than India have to bear the shared expenses of Food and other basic expenses.
Shatkarm
⦁ The duration of the course is 11 days and conducted once in an year
⦁ Each batch consists of not more than 20/30 aspirants.
⦁ One has to apply 6 months prior to the advancement of course
⦁ Free for Indians
⦁ The learners from any country other than India have to bear the shared expenses of Food and other basic expenses.
Sahaj Yog
⦁ One has to opt for Ashram life

⦁ Kalpavruksh yog is practiced on a regular basis in ashrama and it is a part of ashram life
